First week of training (Week 18). We are following the plan to the letter. The sensations are good although there is a distant echo of past injuries in both knees and ankles. In particular, some mornings my right knee has made some kind of complaint. For the moment I just ignore the complaints of my old body, we’ll see when I’ll have to start using the ice that cures everything.


Results

40Km training week, gradually increasing mileage and maintaining the 5 weekly running sessions. The most important thing is the average running pace between 5:16 and 5:30. According to the virtual coach the projection for the Marathon is 3:34. I don’t believe it but it’s good to see us under 3:45. The dream goal.
